RETURNS POLICY

Not all items qualify for returns. 

We can not offer returns unless the item is defective, or you were sent the wrong item or size. 

If you think that you've received a defective item, an incorrect item or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours following the receipt of your order. 

If the merchandise meets the “RETURN CRITERIA” below, we will happily refund you for the value of the merchandise. We do not reprint orders, you may make a return and place another order.

 

RETURN CRITERIA

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it
  • Merchandise must have its original packaging and uncut hangtags
  • All Sale items and Accessories are final sale and non-returnable
  • We do not offer price adjustments or price matching
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing related issues.

As all designers and brands vary in sizing please check the sizing charts accordingly or email us prior to placing an order with sizing questions.

 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT DATE. IF 7 DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE THE TIME RECEIVED WE CANNOT OFFER STORE CREDIT, REFUND OR MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE.

 

Any returns received without a Return Authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of KAY9WEST.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

  1. Email returns@kay9west.com with your name, order number, the name of item(s) and reason for the return/exchange to obtain a Return Authorization number.
  2. We will process your request and contact you regarding your return within 2 business days.
  3. Once a Return Authorization number is obtained, please carefully repackage all merchandise and include the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package you are returning.
  4. Stop by your nearest shipping carrier location and drop off the package.
  5. Your part is done! Once we receive & process the return, you will receive a notification e-mail.

Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGES

Due to our current product fulfillment set up, we are unable to offer exchanges due to sizing related issues. Please carefully measure your pet to ensure you get the correct size. If you are unsure about what size to order, please email us at info@kay9west.com and we will be happy to help.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at returns@kay9west.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. We only replace items for manufacturing defects, which does not include any damage caused by normal wear and tear misuse, improper care, negligence, accident or transport damage. 

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Shipping costs will be refunded for defective or incorrect items.
